Calendly-Style Booking Built Into Your CRM

Published March 2026 · 5 min read · By the Esgrow Team

Most real estate agents are running three tools just to schedule a single consultation:

  1. Calendly (or Acuity) for the booking page
  2. Google Calendar for the actual appointment
  3. Their CRM to record who the appointment is with

These tools don't talk to each other cleanly. You end up copy-pasting names, double-checking for conflicts, and hoping Zapier doesn't break.

Esgrow's Appointment Booking feature eliminates this stack. Leads book directly into your calendar, and everything syncs to their CRM record automatically — no third-party scheduling tools required.

The Scheduling Tool Sprawl Problem

Calendly costs $10-16/month per user. Acuity is $16-49/month. They're good tools — but they're generic. They weren't built for real estate.

When a lead books through Calendly, what happens next?

That last point is the problem. Now you have a meeting on your calendar with someone who may or may not be in your CRM, with no lead score, no contact history, no pipeline stage attached to them.

The real cost: It's not just the $16/month for Calendly. It's the 2-3 minutes of manual data entry after every booking, multiplied by every appointment you take. For a busy agent, that adds up to hours per month of busywork.

How Built-In Booking Works

Esgrow's booking system is connected directly to your lead database and calendar. Here's what happens when someone books with you:

  1. Lead clicks your booking link (you share it in emails, texts, your bio)
  2. They see your available times (synced from Google Calendar)
  3. They pick a slot and enter their name, email, and phone
  4. The appointment appears in your Google Calendar automatically
  5. Their contact is created or updated in Esgrow CRM
  6. The appointment shows on their contact timeline
  7. Both of you get confirmation and reminder messages

No copy-pasting. No Zapier. No reconciling three different inboxes.

Real estate specific: You can set up different booking types — Buyer Consultation, Listing Appointment, Quick Call — each with different durations and buffer times. A listing appointment might be 60 minutes with 30 minutes of prep blocked after. A quick call might be 15 minutes. All configurable.

Every Esgrow user gets a personal booking link: getesgrow.com/book/[your-name]

Put it everywhere:

The link shows your real availability and prevents double-bookings because it reads directly from your connected Google Calendar.

"I used to send three texts back and forth to schedule every consultation. Now I just send my booking link. The appointment shows up in my CRM automatically. I don't know why I waited so long to do this." — Buyer's agent, Austin TX
