Switch from LionDesk to Esgrow

1 Export Contacts from LionDesk

Time: 3 minutes

1. Log into LionDesk
2. Go to Contacts
3. Click All Contacts (or filter to specific groups)
4. Click the Export button (top right)
5. Select CSV format
6. Check Include all fields
7. Click Export and download

2 Create Esgrow Account

Time: 1 minute

1. Go to getesgrow.com/signup
2. Sign in with Google or create account
3. Complete quick onboarding (skip if you want)

3 Import Your Contacts

Time: 5 minutes

1. Go to Settings → Import
2. Click Upload CSV
3. Select your LionDesk export file
4. Map columns to Esgrow fields:
   • firstName → First Name
   • lastName → Last Name
   • email → Email
   • mobilePhone → Phone
   • tags → Tags
   • notes → Notes
5. Click Import

4 Set Up Lead Sources

Time: 3 minutes

1. Go to Settings → Integrations
2. Connect Gmail to auto-import Zillow/Realtor.com leads
3. If you use other lead sources, check our integrations list

5 Recreate Your Best Drip Campaigns

Time: 5-10 minutes

LionDesk drips don't export, but Esgrow makes it easy to rebuild:

1. Go to Campaigns
2. Click New Campaign
3. Start with a template or build from scratch
4. Copy your best-performing email text from LionDesk
5. Set timing (Day 1, Day 3, Day 7, etc.)

Pro tip: You probably only need 2-3 campaigns. Don't rebuild all 15 — most agents only use a few.

6 Verify and Test

Time: 3 minutes

1. Check 5-10 contacts to verify data imported correctly
2. Send yourself a test campaign email
3. Try the voice note feature (it's why you switched!)
